Whether you buy stock from five or twenty-five suppliers, the paperwork
can really start to add up. The ACE Scheme is designed to cut back
on as much of the legwork as possible, and with just one statement
per month all those extra hours you spend writing cheques and keeping
track of invoices could be a thing of the past.
ACE acts as the middleman between your business and the supplier.
You choose the service you need through the Here to Help, ACE will
make the initial contact for you, and when payment is due every
supplier you use through ACE will appear on one statement with just
one monthly direct debit taken from your account.
ACE Ordering System
The Easy-To-Use Service
- You place your orders direct with suppliers, quoting your
ACE Membership number.
- Goods are delivered direct to you ... complete with accompanying
documents.
- The ACE Centre collates the supplier's statements for
you.
- Your monthly statement is prepared by ACE and sent to
you around the 10th of each month.
- Following a valuable period of credit (average 5 weeks)
you pay the amount shown by direct debit around the 20th
of each month.

The Benefits are ACE ...
- Less Paperwork. The ACE statement will list
every transaction with your ACE suppliers during that month in
an easy to use format. You will still receive invoices of every
order for your records, but the ACE statement will be all you
need when it comes to paying the bill.
- More Money. With every bank transaction comes
the inevitable bank charge. Because you only pay one direct debit
per month with ACE, the charges are nothing compared to the amount
you pay when writing cheques to each individual supplier. Check
