Guide to UK Tobacco Legislation and EUTPD II
Palmer and Harvey’s UK Tobacco Legislation Guide is here!
From 20th May 2017, retailers will no longer be allowed to sell tobacco products which do not comply with the new European Union’s Tobacco Products Directive (EUTDP II) and UK government legislation on standardised ‘plain’ packaging and minimum pack sizes.
To help retailers understand and plan the implementation of the new rules, we have produced our guide “THE UK TOBACCO LEGISLATION”.
What does the guide cover?
Our guide summarises key information on new legislation, relevant to tobacco retailers, which comes into effect between 2016 and 2020. It also looks at Australia as a case study, where similar legislation has been in force since 2012, and gives retailers practical advice on how to navigate the changes and continue to successfully sell tobacco now and in the future.
Where/how is it available?
